"Baku Concrete Constructions" Limited Liability Company was privatized at the auction for 6,150,000 manats. In addition to various brands of concrete, the enterprise can produce concrete and reinforced concrete pipes, curbs, reinforced concrete structures, water channels, slabs, blocks, and other products.
The first auction of this year was organized by the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. One enterprise and 26 vehicles were privatized at the auction. A total of 129 orders for properties were received, 29 of which were made electronically.
The privatized enterprise is "Baku Concrete Constructions" Limited Liability Company. The total building area of the enterprise, which was sold for 6,150,000 manats, is 9,267 square meters, and the land area is 64,483 square meters. In addition to various brands of concrete, the enterprise can produce concrete and reinforced concrete pipes, curbs, reinforced concrete structures, water channels, slabs, blocks, and other products.
The high volume of orders for vehicles made the auction competitive. Thus, the "Sobol" brand car, with a starting price of 6,750 manats, was sold for 10,000 manats, and the "BMW 740 Li" brand car, with a starting price of 11,250 manats, was sold for 15,000 manats.

It should be noted that the next auctions for the privatization of state property will be held on January 14, 28 and 30. The shares of the joint-stock company and vehicles were put up for auction.

Persons wishing to participate in privatization can choose, register and obtain customer status no later than 3 banking days before the auction date by paying a deposit of 10% of the initial auction price of state property.
