The cooperation of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank with Azerbaijan’s private banks makes an important contribution to enhancing investment opportunities.
Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) Serhat Köksal.
At the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the successful development of Azerbaijan’s cooperation with the BSTDB. It was noted that the Bank’s activities in the country and its collaboration with Azerbaijan’s private banks to expand entrepreneurs’ access to financial resources make a significant contribution to the development of the business environment, support for entrepreneurship, and the enhancement of investment opportunities in the non-oil sector.
The parties discussed the prospects for BSTDB’s participation in potential projects planned in Azerbaijan. Exchanges were held on Azerbaijan’s economic development priorities, strategic infrastructure projects, and the enhancement of financing opportunities for the private sector.
