The finalists of the fourth “Ughur yolu” (Way to Success) competition, organized at the Ministry of Economy, have demonstrated their teamwork, efficient time management, strategic thinking, and other skills.
The final stage of the fourth “Ughur yolu” career development program organized at the Ministry of Economy has been held. In this year's competition, which was implemented more comprehensively, nearly 4,000 employees from across the Ministry participated. Three hundred employees, who had achieved high results in the virtual testing stage of the competition, qualified to participate in the semi-final stage. In the semi-finals, participants tested their knowledge by solving simulation-based cases. As a result, 48 people advanced to the final stage of the competition.
Speaking at the event held in this regard, First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev congratulated the participants on qualifying for the final stage. It was emphasized that the development of human capital is one of the priority directions in our country, and initiatives implemented in this field serve to strengthen institutional capacity. It was noted that the “Ughur yolu” program organized at the Ministry of Economy is of great importance in terms of identifying the potential of employees, enhancing their leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. The program also contributes to supporting the professional development of employees and establishing a promising talent pool.

It is noteworthy that the winners of the “Ughur yolu” competition will participate in special training programs aimed at improving their professional knowledge and skills. Within the framework of the program, the development of the winners' knowledge and skills in management, strategic planning, and other key areas is envisioned.
