It is planned to hold the next meeting of the "Corporate management, investments, protection of investors' interests, business ethics and corporate social responsibility" working group of the "Commission for Business Environment and International Ratings" on November 26, 2021 at 14:30 via the "Zoom" online platform.
It is planned to organize a discussion at the meeting on the tasks given at the previous meeting of the working group, including work done on projects related to the proposed changes to the Civil, Civil Procedure and Tax Codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the development of corporate standards and awareness in non-state companies, and the organization of general meetings of joint-stock companies in a remote form. It is also planned to discuss the draft Action Plan of the Working Group for 2022 at the end of the meeting.
We invite everyone who is interested in the reforms carried out in the country to further improve the business environment, including representatives of the private sector, to actively participate in the meeting and express their suggestions.
