Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Education Foundation Birol Akgun visited the Ministry of Economy. First Deputy Economy Minister Elnur Aliyev emphasized strong friendly and partnership relationswith Turkey, as well as high-level strategic cooperation. Mr. Aliyev noted that our countries aresuccessfully cooperating in various sectors of the economy, as well as in the social, cultural andhumanitarian spheres. From this viewpoint, the close ties established in the field of education,especially with the leading institutions of higher education in Turkey are of great importance.Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Education Foundation Birol Akgun informed about the activitiesof the organization and voiced that they are interested in continuing successful joint activities withthe relevant institutions of Azerbaijan.The meeting exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
