The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy proceeds with works in the field of privatization and leasing of state property.
In January-July of the current year, 40 auctions took place, where shareholdings in 13 joint-stock companies, 10 small state-owned enterprises, 2 unfinished buildings, and 327 vehicles were privatized.
For 7 months of 2022, 223 applications for state property auctions were accepted electronically, with 62 online connections to participate in auctions through the Electronic Auction software. During this period, 16 mineral deposits were commissioned through the auction.
In January-July, state budget revenues from privatization amounted to 32.4M manats.
In total, 2,252 new lease agreements were concluded in January-July 2022. Of these, 498 were non-residential premises, and 1754 land plots, which is 2.6 times more than in the similar period of 2021.
For the first 7 months of this year, the state budget received 13.9M manats from the lease of real state property (non-residential and land plots).
So, in January-July this year, about 46.3M manats were received totally by the state budget from the privatization and leasing of state property.
