At auctions held by the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy, citizens can easily become owners of property, taking advantage of the favorable conditions available for them. The variety of state property offered for privatization gives the buyer a choice.
At the next auction, held on 30 August, 11 vehicles were privatized, with a competition for some vehicles. Thus, the latest offer for the UAZ, the initial sale price of which was 1,800 manats, has increased to 4,490 manats. In addition, the VAZ-2106, the initial price of which was 2,000 manats, was privatized for 3,680 manats.

Everyone can make a choice on the state property put up for auction on the official website of the Service (emlak.gov.az) or the Privatization Portal (privatization.az). By selecting the relevant auction service from the Electronic Services Portal (e-emlak.gov.az), it is possible to register for the auction and obtain the customer status after making the advance payment in the amount of 10% of initial auction price of state property. Customers can also join the auctions online.
Those interested in the process can visit the Property Services Space on the day of auction and watch the auctions without registration by selecting the Electronic Auction section from the Electronic Services Portal (e-emlak.gov.az).
