Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, met with the UAE’s Minister of Investment and Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company, Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi.
During the meeting, the friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE were highlighted, and the expansion of economic and trade partnership was noted. The significance of the UAE’s investments in Azerbaijan’s renewable energy sector was emphasized. It was stated that Azerbaijan’s favorable business environment, strategic geographic location, rich resources, and the rapid development of its non-oil industry create attractive opportunities for investors. Efficient utilization of these opportunities plays an important role in promoting investment cooperation and expanding partnerships between business entities.
The parties explored opportunities to further strengthen economic integration between the two countries, establish new avenues of cooperation, and increase mutual investments.
