At the meeting with the Vice-Governor and Chairman of the Government of the Astrakhan region held at the Ministry of Economy, opportunities for expanding economic cooperation have been discussed.
Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has met with Denis Afanasyev, the Vice-Governor and Chairman of the Government of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, the successful economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and various regions of Russia, including the Astrakhan region, was emphasized. The importance of promoting mutual investment opportunities and expanding cooperation between business entities was highlighted. It was noted that joint initiatives and organized business events contribute to the strengthening of the economic partnership.
The parties exchanged views on strengthening regional economic ties and expanding cooperation in industry, trade, transport, logistics, humanitarian, and other fields. Discussions were also held on enhancing the activities of business platforms in order to further develop relations between business communities.
