Born in 1985.
In 2007, obtained a bachelor's degree in general economics from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2011, received a master's degree from the same university.
In 2019, obtained a master's degree in sustainable development management from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Began his career in 2009 as a consultant at the Ministry of Economic Development and held various positions within the Ministry.
In 2019–2022, served as Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Policy at the Ministry of Economy, and in 2022–2024, as the Head of the same department.
From June 3, 2024, to July 21, 2025, served as Advisor to the Minister of Economy.
On July 21, 2025, was appointed Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Economy.
By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 23, 2020, was awarded the “Taraggi” medal for effective service in the civil service.
Married, has 1 child.
