A new innovative service has been launched in the field of property registration. Thus, technical passports and plan and measurement documents for land plots are prepared electronically from February 1, 2024.
The State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy continues to implement innovations in order to increase citizen satisfaction, improve the real estate registration system, and simplify service procedures. One of the latest innovations is the possibility of submitting technical passports and plan and measurement documents for land plots in electronic format. Thus, the technical passport and the plan and measurement documents for land plots, which were previously issued in paper form, are submitted electronically from February 1, 2024.
An electronic copy of those documents confirmed by an electronic signature is sent to the applicants via SMS notification. Citizens can also determine the address of the real estate on the online map by clicking the "View on the map" button by entering the link sent via SMS notification.
The need to come to the service points to obtain ready-made documents has been completely eliminated after the electronic issuance of the extracts, as a result of the electronicization of the technical passport and plan and measurement documents for the plots of land. This allows citizens to save time.
This innovation, first of all, minimizes citizen-official communication in the real estate registration process, further simplifies property registration and increases efficiency and transparency. Electronic transfer of technical passport and plan and measurement documents for land plots optimizes the work of answering relevant inquiries and conducting economic transactions on property.
In addition, problems related to the loss and invalidation of paper technical passports and plan and measurement documents for land plots, as well as cases of falsification and illegal use of documents, are completely eliminated.
