Opportunities for strengthening business partnerships with the German Eastern Business Association and promoting joint activities in the renewable energy sector were discussed.
As part of COP29, Minister of Economy Mikayıl Cabbarov met with Michael Harms, Executive Director of the German Eastern Business Association.
The parties highlighted the importance of holding the Germany-Azerbaijan High-Level Business Dialogue on "Green Transformation," organized jointly by the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) and the German Eastern Business Association as part of COP29. They emphasized the development of cooperation between the two countries in industry, trade, investment promotion, and various economic sectors. Additionally, discussions were held on the activities of German companies in Azerbaijan, strengthening business partnerships, and promoting joint initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
The meeting provided information on the key initiatives proposed within the framework of COP29 held in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan's contributions to global initiatives and the "green" projects being implemented were highly appreciated.
The parties held discussions on the development of economic relations and the deepening of mutual business and trade ties.
