Citizens’ Reception Center opened in the Government House

The Citizens’ Reception Center, established by the government agencies in the administrative building known as the Government House (84 U.Hajibeyli Street, Baku) in order to receive citizens in a unified and coordinated manner, began to function on July 5.

Citizens are received in the Center by the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), senior officials of the Ministries of Economy, Energy, Culture and Agriculture, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, the Agency for Intellectual Property, and Melioration and Water Management OJSC.

The Center provides an opportunity to apply to all state bodies located in the Government House in a single place.

The Citizens' Reception Center has a general reception room equipped with modern equipment, video reception rooms, special rooms for reception by relevant officials, a Mother and Child Room, a doctor and a psychologist.

In addition to specialists from the aforesaid agencies in the Center, volunteers will also help citizens.

Service areas will be monitored by video surveillance methods.
