Under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 16, 2026, starting from September 1, 2026, part of the customs clearance costs incurred in the export of non-oil and gas products of Azerbaijani origin is compensated by the state in order to promote the expansion of exports.
Exporters classified as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are eligible for this support. The amount of compensation is determined based on the customs clearance fee applied in accordance with the customs value of the exported goods, taking into account the maximum limit established for each export declaration.
The mechanism for compensating customs clearance costs during export will be applied until September 30, 2031, for a total period of five years.
