193 services provided to citizens digitized in the spheres of activity of the Ministry of Economy

It is possible to apply for the electronic services provided by the Ministry through www.economy.gov.az, www.lisenziya.gov.az, as well as through the electronic service sections created on the websites of the institutions under the structure of the Ministry.

 

The widespread application of electronic services by government bodies, increasing their number and quality is of great importance in terms of ensuring efficiency and citizen satisfaction. Works are being continued consistently from this point of view in the direction of electronicization of the services provided by the Ministry of Economy, increasing their efficiency and automating the exchange of information between information systems. Entrepreneurs can obtain necessary economic and legal information using electronic services and apply for some documents (licenses, certificate of origin, notice on registration of grant agreements (decisions) in relation to commercial entities and public legal entities etc.) defining the rights related to entrepreneurial activity. It is possible to apply for the electronic services provided by the Ministry through the websites www.economy.gov.az, www.lisenziya.gov.az, as well as through the electronic service sections created on the websites of the institutions under the structure of the Ministry.

At present, 259 services are provided to citizens, including entrepreneurs, according to the activities of the Ministry of Economy, 193 of which have been electronicized. The specific weight of electronic services in the provided services increased by 2.9% to 74.5% compared to the corresponding period of last year (71.6%).

Applicants to the e-services section can download the relevant application forms from the system and upload the scanned copies of the required documents. A confirmation notification is sent to the applicant at this time. Incoming electronic applications are reviewed in accordance with the legislation, and if required, the opportunity to pay the relevant state fee and service fees electronically is provided.

Thus, the electronic services of the Ministry contribute to high-quality and prompt provision of services to the citizens of the country using modern technological capabilities.
