The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy continues to organize auctions to speed up the privatization of state property and improve the efficiency of its management. The regular auction for the privatization of state property was held on July 19, where one unfinished building and 8 vehicles were privatized.
Like the recent auctions, this auction was also competitive with great interest in the privatization of vehicles. So, the last offer for a Chevrolet Nival with a starting sale price of 6,000 manats has grown to 9,700 manats.
The privatized unfinished building is located in the village of Nabran, Khachmaz.
96,750 manats will be paid to the state budget on the properties privatized at auction on July 19.

Please be informed that regular auctions for this month will take place on July 21 and 26, 2022.
Everyone can make a choice on the state property put up for auction on the official website of the Service (emlak.gov.az) or the Privatization Portal (privatization.az). By selecting the relevant auction service from the Electronic Services Portal (e-emlak.gov.az), it is possible to register for the auction and obtain the customer status after making the advance payment in the amount of 10% of initial auction price of state property. Customers can also join the auctions online.
Those interested in the process can visit the Property Services Space on the day of auction and watch the auctions without registration by selecting the Electronic Auction section from the Electronic Services Portal (e-emlak.gov.az).
