The Minister of Economy emphasized at the meeting that the "Yukselish" competition, established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, plays an important role in enriching the human resources potential in our country. It was mentioned that the meetings organized with representatives of the Ministry and private companies within the framework of the mentoring program were aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of the winners in improving management efficiency, strategic approach, and other areas.
Young people stated during the meetings that they received detailed information about the development of entrepreneurship in our country, digitalization, the application of innovative solutions and technologies, tax reforms, cooperation with international and local partners in industrial zones, and the work done to rapidly develop the economy in the liberated territories. It was noted that the mentoring program is an effective practice in terms of efficient use of resources, implementation of strategic projects, and building relationships with partners.
The meeting discussed the results achieved by the young people in the field of personal and professional development, and provided recommendations on improving their knowledge and skills. The mentees were wished success in their future activities.
