The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMB) under the Ministry of Economy awarded "Startup" certificate to 5 more SMEs. Herewith, the number of business entities that received the "Startup" certificate has reached 86.
"Startup" certificateswere presented for software projects on rent of houses of "Allrent" LLC "Allrent" LLC's and "Incode" LLC's online platforms for party and wedding management, on online services and communication platform for business of "AKIAB" LLC, on mobile application for legal consulting services of "Legalaid" LLC, heavy tonnage scales of "AvtomatikaAz" LLC.
It should be noted that the "Startup" certificate is awarded for the production of a competitive product or service based on an innovative initiative, produced for the purpose of obtaining income or profit. This document exempts the SME subject from the profit and income tax on the income obtained from the innovation activity for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt of the certificate.
Micro and small business entities whose projects are in the development stage can apply to KOBIA in writing or electronically for a "Startup" certificate.
