It is possible to be registered by creating a personal cabinet on the official website of the career development program "Ugur Yolu".
The next career development program "Ugur Yolu" has been launched in the Ministry of Economy. Registration for the competition, which was organized for the 3rd time, started on September 11. All employees in the Ministry's Office, regional divisions, structures and subordinate institutions can join the competition.
The purpose of the competition is to effectively use the potential of the employees of the Ministry of Economy, to increase their comprehensive development and professional training, to train a new generation of managers, and to form a reserve personnel base for management positions from high-potential employees.
The competition will be held in 4 stages, consisting of registration, test exams, semi-finals and finals. Employees of the Ministry intending to participate in the competition can register by creating a personal cabinet on the official website of the "Ugur yolu" career development program (www.uguryol.az).
The participants who successfully passed the selection stages and won the competition will be involved in the development program, will participate in various trainings, coaching sessions, team building events, mentoring program with the managers of the Ministry of Economy.
Note: 22 out of 1231 participants who applied for participation in the "Ugur yolu" competition organized for the first time in 2021, and 16 out of 1476 participants in the competition organized in 2022 were selected as winners. The winners and finalists of the competition were involved in the development program.
