Discussions will be held at the II Baku Forum on Sustainable Development on the financing of SDGs, the involvement of the private sector and foreign investments in this process.
The II Baku Forum on Sustainable Development will be held on November 15-16. The purpose of the forum dedicated to the topic of "Sustainable finance and investment" is to strengthen the exchange of experience and cooperation with the countries of the region and international organizations in the direction of the implementation of the UN Agenda 2030.
Discussions will be held at the event regarding the financing of the SDGs, the involvement of the private sector and foreign investments in this process. Sessions and round tables will be organized within the framework of the forum on the reconstruction of financial mechanisms in the direction of the implementation of SDGs, attracting investments, creating a competitive economy through digitization, "green" development and other topics. The Baku Declaration will be adopted as the conclusion of the forum.
Senior officials of Europe and CIS countries, representatives of the UN, international financial and regional organizations, state institutions, civil society and the private sector, and experts will participate in the II Baku Forum on Sustainable Development.
