1 facility and 20 vehicles were privatized at the auction held on October 25 by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. A total of 96 orders were accepted for the auctioned state properties, 5 of which were done electronically.
The privatized object is the “Shadlig evi” ("Happy House") located in the Garadagh district of Baku. The property, which was privatized together with the plot of land, was sold for AZN 39,000.
It should be noted that the introduction of electronic services in the field of privatization of state property, the possibility of ordering and participating in auctions online has made participation even simpler. And it leads to an increase in the number of auction participants. The fact that most auctions are competitive is an indication of this.
Interest in the vehicles at the upcoming auction was high and the vehicles were sold competitively. Thus, the last offer for the Nissan Sunny car, whose initial selling price was AZN 6,500, has increased to AZN 10,650. In addition, the vehicle "Kia Sorento", whose initial selling price was AZN 10,000, was sold for AZN 15,000.
