The development of economic and trade cooperation between our countries in various directions, the expansion of business relations, and the implementation of joint projects were discussed in the meeting with the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov.

The important role of political will of the leaders of both countries, high-level visits, held meetings and events in the development of mutual relations with Uzbekistan was emphasized in the meeting. It was brought to attention that the economic and trade relations are also expanding against the background of the strengthening of cooperation between our countries. Azerbaijan's business and investment environment, concessions applied in industrial zones offer favorable opportunities for investors, including entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan.
The parties exchanged views on implementation of joint projects, promotion of mutual investments, strengthening of partnership in transport-logistics, digitalization, industry, including petrochemical and oil refining, industrial zones and other areas.
