How entrepreneurs to apply electronically for licenses and permits?

Users can apply electronically through the "Licenses and Permits" portal (www.lisenziya.gov.az) to obtain licenses and license supplements for 23 types of activities, as well as for re-registration.

 

Work is being continued in order to increase the efficiency and electronicization of the services provided by the Ministry of Economy. Entrepreneurs can obtain necessary economic and legal information using electronic services and apply for some documents defining the rights related to entrepreneurial activity. In particular, users can apply electronically to get licenses and license supplements for 23 types of activities, as well as for re-registration through the "Licenses and Permits" portal.

The user registers on the portal with a strengthened electronic signature in order to get a license, creates an electronic cabinet and selects the appropriate type of activity in that cabinet. The required information in the application window opened on the portal, is taken from the information systems and reflected by the portal. In case the required information is not available in the information systems, scanned copies of the documents required for the selected type of activity are attached to the application and confirmed by the user with an enhanced electronic signature.

The user follows the process of the application and pays the state fee required by law for issuing the license, the license is confirmed with an enhanced electronic signature and sent to the user's electronic cabinet through the "Licenses and Permits" portal.

For your information, 774 electronic licenses were issued to entrepreneurs through the portal during the last period of 2023. In total, 4086 electronic licenses have been issued through the portal since March 1, 2018, when the "Licenses and Permits" portal was launched.
