The Ministry of Economy reviewed the potential of cooperation with the Trade and Development Bank of the Economic Cooperation Organization on international transport corridors, joint investment funds and public-private partnership projects.
First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev met with the delegation led by Yalchin Yuksel, President of the Trade and Development Bank of the Economic Cooperation Organization. The First Deputy Minister wished success to the Bank's outgoing management team in their future activities and thanked them for their efforts in establishing effective cooperation with our country.
It was brought to attention at the meeting that the Economic Cooperation Organization of Azerbaijan actively cooperates with the Trade and Development Bank. However, the Bank and the possibilities of realizing the potential of cooperation on international transport corridors, joint investment funds and public-private partnership projects, in which our country is also a participant, were pointed out.

It should be noted that the Trade and Development Bank of the ECO provides financial support to those countries and the private sector for the purpose of development of agriculture, energy, transport, information technology, small and medium entrepreneurship development, industry, service and other areas of the member countries. At the same time, the Bank organizes joint programs on public and private sector investments, cooperation and development.
