There were a total of 590,440 requests in 2023 to the Call Center of the Ministry of Economy.
512,684 calls were made in 2023 to the 195-1 Call Center in live mode, and the rest through the voice menu service, to the 195-1 Call Center, established in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase citizen satisfaction.
The petitions mainly covered consumer rights, entrepreneurial activity, licensing, payment of taxes, rights and duties of the taxpayer, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and activities of the Ministry of Economy.
Received applications were promptly answered, appropriate measures were taken by the relevant structures of the Ministry for applications requiring investigation.
It should be menntioned that the Call Center can be directly called from any region of the country by landline phone. The provided services are free of charge.
